Might be. From the statute quoted Dershowitz would presumably have to fall under: "benefits, financially or by receiving anything of value, from participation". Which means the prosecution would have to show that he knew "force, fraud, or coercion" was being applied. The emails quoted don't show that (he's just getting hypotheticals from Epstein, who is claiming to run a legitimate business with no force, fraud or coercion being mentioned). So I suppose it depends on evidence yet to come to light of Dershowitz's state of knowledge.
