The world is waking up to this unbelievable horror. If this were reversed and if it were Israelis suffering in this demonic way, would the world and my government be so strangely silent? I think not. And for some to call this a "war"is absurd. One side has all the resources that a super power can give them. The other side-empty bowls and dying children. We are watching evil in our midst.

There are no words. I am a refugee from Nazi Germany. Israel can only be seen as a sick Nazi country. Why has no one helped? Yes it is a Holocaust

I am sure this must be especially horrifying for you to watch, having grown up in a time when "Never Again" seemed to stand for something, most especially to those who survived the death camps. But here it is AGAIN, front and center.

God willl need to create an entirely new circle of hell and even that will not be sufficient to punish those who have created this. From Netanyahu down to the Zionist mouth pieces, to the polticialns who think there is a difference between offensive and defensive weapons in Israel.

I don’t believe there is any magical deity that gives a shit. The problem is homo sapiens. Going back to ancient times, during which the Greeks, Romans, Persians, Carthaginians, Gauls, Norsks, and Germanic tribes, all of whom had their own rosters of gods, brought misery and suffering on a scale that would make Israel envious. Thus, it has ever been; thus, it will ever be. It’s people; it’s us… all of us. Leave Dog out of it.

Thank you for this article although it is so hard to hear about the conditions in Gaza. It is good to have info from people who actually live there. I subscribe to Drop Site because they do publish writing from people in Palestine. All of us who care need to donate to individuals and to small grass roots organizations so we can get some food to some people. This is something we can do today to try and prevent starvation

We also need to advocate for a multinational armed force to ensure that aide gets into Gaza and is distributed Fairly. Israel needs to be STOPPED by force. The IDF needs to be out of all Palestine

To weaponize food as a means by the oppressor to weaken and destroy the one it is besieging

is the ultimate crime against humanity. Those oppressors who seek to weaken and ultimately completely subjugate through the means of deliberate starvation have descended to the very depths of depravity and evil. The State of Israel, its lapdog, the United States, and the Western NATO allies are all complicit in this devastating destruction that is being perpetrated on the besieged Palestinian population. These countries that are sowing this quiet weapon of mass destruction by purposefully withholding life-giving food to the Palestinian people will reap the terrible whirlwind of destruction themselves. It's built into the Universe.

This is a shame that will be upon us, the American people, for decades to come. This is a stain on all humanity. We did this. We ignored AIPAC. Even if we didn't believe the lies about the only "democracy" in the Middle East, we didn't respond with appropriate outrage - instead we were polite. We thought we were being peaceful and kind, when friends expressed support for the Zionist entity. We allowed the holocaust to live as a singular crime against humanity, when there are so many others - some worse... And while I appreciate the people who have just found their voices and are finally speaking out, it seems to me that it's too late. They risked nothing. They lost nothing. But, yes, speak now. Studies and history show that once a genocide reaches this stage there are only two paths: it is stopped with armed force or it runs its full course. Which one do you think is more likely here?

I understand that some people claim they were conned. Many of us have been warning that this would be the end result for decades. I think we have to ask ourselves *why* so many were convinced that white Europeans could ever be "from" the Middle East. Until we deal with that, we will continue to hate.

That useless excuse for a human being Netanyahu is still telling his delusional lies that there is no

starvation in GAZA. Trump only gives a weak acceptance that there is starvation wanting to stay on

his bosses good side.

I've been on fourteen marches in the UK demanding an end to the genocide and the occupation. I'm now more informed about Israel's malign policies than I've ever been (and I'm one of those "self-hating" Jews who has been quite informed about the history over the last decades). But I still can't wrap my mind around what I've witnessed happening in Gaza (or the West Bank, for that matter) from afar. Europe and the UK offer such measly gestures. Germany now seems to be panicking and slightly reversing its decades of never holding Israel accountable for its barbaric brutality toward Palestinians. Will they apologize to the many Germans who protested against the genocide and were met with police violence and career ruination? The only consolation for a witness from afar is seeing how profoundly responsive and supportive of Palestine have been the actual people of the world, as opposed to powerful leaders, corporate interests, and even civic groups.
