Stop supporting land theft

Multi-jurisdiction legal actions against Airbnb listings in illegal Israeli Settlements

The knowing handling of proceeds of crime is called money laundering and is a serious criminal offence in most countries.

The acts of land appropriation and transfer of civilian population onto occupied territory that facilitate the Israeli settlements are defined as war crimes under international law and related UK and Irish legislation.

It is an offence under UK and Irish anti-money laundering legislation to handle money or other property derived from war crimes.  You can support these efforts for legal redress here.

I have a question. If countries on the UN Security Council are involved in genocide, like the US is now. Are there any mechanisms to override their vetoes on the security council? China, Russia and the US all have those powers, yet those three countries are the ones who have been involved in actions like these.

There is a mechanism for the General Assembly to bypass the Security Council. It has been used at least one time. In my opinion, now is definitely the time for the UN to pursue this option again!

OK. Thank you. I'll have to find a constitutional document for that body. Do you recall when it was used last? Maybe I can find it that way.

No, there aren't.

Thought so. But had to ask. It was a rigged system from the inception apparently. The UN is like a WWE referee.

Support the Hind Rajab Foundation

https://donate.stripe.com/cN228hbY5g7jaM84gg

On 25 August 2025, Israel struck Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis twice, killing 22 civilians — including journalists, doctors, rescue workers, and a 14-year-old child. Today, the Hind Rajab Foundation and the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights filed a complaint to the International Criminal Court, exposing the full chain of command behind the massacre. Our investigation proves that the Golani Brigade engineered and coordinated the attack under continuous drone surveillance, the 188th Armored Brigade executed it with guided missiles, and senior commanders up to Prime Minister Netanyahu authorized and enabled it. This was not crossfire, but deliberate killing with genocidal intent. Justice demands accountability.

We're sunk. Why don't responsible governments, CEOs of egregious corporations and informed people come forward to stop/ resist the carnage in droves? If we're already afraid of the future, it's pretty obvious that it's going to get way worse. The losses of life and limbs is just the beginning of the middle! Oh, I forget! we're not to mention this in a public forum. It's not any one single actor in this blindness, and it will not end well for anyone but the very rich and powerful.

The numbers alone are staggering—65,000 dead, 166,000 injured, and children dying of starvation in 2025. But what’s more staggering is the normalization of this scale of violence. The siege of Gaza is not a “conflict” or a “security operation”—it is a systematic campaign of destruction, displacement, and dehumanization. The targeting of aid seekers, the starvation of civilians, and the deliberate collapse of Gaza’s infrastructure are not collateral—they are policy.

Amnesty’s call to end complicity is not just a moral imperative, it’s a strategic one. Every company profiting from this war economy—whether through weapons, surveillance, or tourism—must be named and held accountable. And every government shielding Israel from consequences, especially through UN vetoes, is complicit in prolonging this catastrophe.

This is not about abstract geopolitics. It’s about whether we accept mass death as a tool of policy. Whether we allow starvation to become a weapon. Whether we let the language of “self-defense” erase the humanity of an entire people.

Silence is not neutrality. It’s endorsement.

there is a new research that counts the number of dead Gazans as 300.000+.

I've come across estimates in the past suggesting that the death toll in Gaza could exceed 600,000. When you factor in the duration of the conflict and the daily casualties, this figure seems like a reasonable conclusion. The numbers reported in the media often fall far short of the reality on the ground.

Is there any evidence that Levi who was arrested in Venezuela is a DEA agent? I wouldn’t put it past our government to be doing some false flag operations since the public didn’t buy the narrative on bombing a boat.

I don't believe they can be override. But the UN can do so by calling for a special work around in special circumstances and this is a a special circumstance.

Israel is starving Gaza. We must do all we can to get the US to act.

The Feed Gaza Coalition has a single, clear and achievable demand:

To call on President Trump to ensure Israel immediately lifts all restrictions preventing food and medicine from entering Gaza.

Our goal is to mobilize one million calls and emails to the White House during the month of September to make this urgent action impossible to ignore.

Call on Pope Leo XIV to do whatever it takes to save Gaza and stop the bombing, and end the starvation. Let him go to Gaza and stand with the suffering people who are being massacred by Israel and the Western posers. He can go to Gaza right now, and insist aid be allowed in.

Is there anything more important in today's world than this?

For those in the UK, here’s something you can do. “On Wednesday 8 October, we will descend on 5 sites that enable Israel’s genocide to make visible this deadly supply chain, and to increase the public pressure to end the arms trade with Israel.“

Make plans to join the day of action on 8 October.

Regional protests at 5 sites in England against those supplying components for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets used to carry out genocide in Gaza:

BAE Systems factory in Brough, East Yorkshire, where structural testing for the F-35 fighter jet takes place.

Ultra Precision Control Systems head office in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire which produces various components for the F-35 fighter jet, including those related to position sensing and control.

Lockheed Martin UK’s office in Havant, Hampshire, the registered sender of at least seven shipments of F-35 components direct from Britain to Israel.

BAE Systems factory in Rochester, Kent which produces the system used by the pilot to control the fighter jet.

Forged Solutions Group’s site in Meadowhall, Sheffield. The company is registered on the main arms export license for the F-35 fighter jet.

In the USA? Evict Israeli weapons manufacturers, Easy Aerial and Crye Precision, from the Brooklyn Navy Yard and establish a policy of no weapons manufacturers.

“Since September 2024, a decentralized coalition of Brooklyn Navy Yard neighbors, workers, and community members have organized under the banner Demilitarize Brooklyn Navy Yard.

The landlord in question is the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC), a non-profit developer charged with managing business leases at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, which is owned by the City of New York.” Story from Mondoweiss
