will someone finally put the hypocrite insatiable mass murdering settler colonists in their place?

thank you so much to drop site news for informing us - bc words to describe the atrocious war crimes committed - with endless impunity - by those who pretend to uphold a "rules-based order" do utterly fail me.

There is only one political party in the USA, the AIPAC party.

Thank you, Murtaza, for this excellent report.

At its core, this is a blunder of the worst kind by a naive Trump bending to a belligerent and devious Netanyahu.

The facts and outcomes make clear why this was dumb: Iran's foreign minister met with Putin; Iran has the capacity to choke the Strait of Hormuz (jacking up oil prices worldwide); Iran will speed up development of nuclear weapons; and neither Israel nor we will have any more peace than we did before this.

The macho talk of "regime change" by Trump, Rubio, et al, is just that: macho talk.

It's about time we consider regime change in America -- both the Biden/ Democratic kind of warring regime, and the Trump/ Republican kind. We need visionary diplomats in DC, not gun-singing cowboys.

Yes. Although the Democrats' verbiage is more humanitarian than the Republicans', the leaders of both parties are warmongers. We are engulfed in a war economy. Major change is needed.

At leastcone of our local reps has already issued a blanket endorsement because....AIPAC.

Very good. That is exactly what we need. But we are far from the days of "visionary diplomats." So far as I can see we're stuck with the "sun-slinging cowboys."

Trump and his neocons were play ed like a classical violin by the Israeli madman Netanyahu and his war-crazed Zionist cabinet. In less than 24 hours after the attack we are now hearing the words, Regeium Change, the plan along. What we are seeing is yet another land grab by the insatiable Zionis bandits of the Middle East. As an American, I feel ashamed....

President Trump's ill-taken decision to bomb Iran, a country that has done us no harm, will undermine trust of the United States, at least during his administration, among other countries, even some of those we see as friends. There was absolutely no reason why he should go to the extreme of bombing Iran, especially while supposedly negotiating with them for peace. Now Iran will never trust us again. And so far as Israel is concerned, Iran will correctly see it as a state that can move the U.S. to attack a country that has done nothing against it. If you bomb a country while engaging in peace talks with them, the talks of course will go nowhere. Other countries too may well see our peace talks and treaties as so much kabuki.

In the wake of the attack, Trump has said that he had “obliterated” Iran’s nuclear program. But that certainty is not shared by former senior defense officials.

You really mean: "Soon to be fired senior defense officicals."

Warning to persons in the US military: get out now; come home. Sitting in a stockade for a year will be far better than participating in the cruel and stupid war.

Would someone explain to Trump why the US has laws, why it has a constitution, why we have international laws - the same reason we have traffic laws. People who break traffic laws are not admired because they put other people at risk.

@priscilla williams: #47 isn't even the biggest evil. it is the countless oligarchs behind him who have for decades been working for this opportunity to come: EVERYTHING, and then some, for a handful of white supremacists - nothing, and less than that, for all the rest.

these people don't care about laws. they break them daily, without scruples, with impunity.

The regime change needs to take place in Israel and the USA.

Once upon a time in America there were people, both inside and outside of government, who could bring rational brainpower to a particular problem. During the 1950s, as a result of the “red scare”, this became less so. Now all we have are ideological sycophants, liars, and servants without a moral core. On top of that sits a totally corrupt heap of elected individuals. Does anyone really believe in a reasonable outcome given the current conditions?

We can’t allow ourselves to forget the horror of what’s happening to Palestine.

Fasting for Gaza

https://www.fosna.org/2025gazafast

Organized by Veterans for Peace

On May 22, we begin our fasting across the country while demanding:

1) a resumption of humanitarian aid, under UN authority, to Gaza

2) that the U.S. stop arming Israel NOW!

We can join or support or both. Surely, we must do more.

It’s not just Gaza, Israel is trying to distract us from. Israel just changed how land ownership works in the West Bank. Here’s what that means.

“The consequences of this decision paint a very grim outlook for the future,” said Abdallah Hammad from JLAC. “This will turn things upside down like never before, as it won’t be Israeli settlers demanding to get their outposts legalized. They will be legalized almost immediately, while Palestinians will be made into strangers, forced to justify their claim over the lands of their families and ancestors.”

“When I hear people talking about the risk of annexation, I tell them: this is annexation. It has already begun, and it is advancing.”

Read the details of this annexation the MSM will not tell you about in Mondoweiss:

Thanks for posting mondoweiss's article. I did not know such a resource existed. I spent abt an hour reading 3 articles & plan to share w/ friends b/c they are articles that are much better than my capabilities to describe the many layered aspects of the hell we have/are creating.
