18 U.S. Code § 1091

We need to get the entire Biden administration charged under 18 U.S. Code § 1091, the statute that incorporates the Genocide Convention into US criminal law. Members of this administration shouldn't go a single day without having this statute in their faces, up front and center, at every protest, at every meeting, press conference, briefing, and trips home and abroad. Let them consider what is looming, now, that they have left office. They should have visions of prison all the days of their lives. Let us find the way.

The Hind Rajab Foundation has, among other things, filed a case with the ICC against 1,000 Israeli soldiers for war crimes in Gaza.

https://www.hindrajabfoundation.org/perpetrators/hind-rajab-foundation-files-historic-icc-complaint-against-1000-israeli-soldiers-for-war-crimes-in-gaza

They have taken further steps in recent days, and vacations are becoming a lot more difficult for IDF soldiers, worldwide. The Foundation can use our help. Please join me in making a contribution. https://buy.stripe.com/cN228hbY5g7jaM84gg

Israel is disgusting. And Trump made his threat that the ceasefire must go into effect before his inauguration just as a ploy to get votes. Totally disgusting. As Trump says it is not our war, I hope that means he will not send any more weapons to Israel.

I totally agree with you that USIsrael is more than disgusting. But in response to Trump (not you) having the gall to say "it is not our war," I just have to say, it is COMPLETELY the USIsrael's war from the start in 1947. It did not start October 7th when the Israeli's Hannibal Directive gave the IDF license to kill a large number of those killed, Israeli and Palestinian (as some Israelis from the kibbutz attested and then were shut up). And it is not a "war," it is an extermination. Whose weapons and money are demolishing every living person, animal, olive tree, every home, hospital, school, temple, journalist, doctor, ambulance etc. etc.??? Who does not say one word about their barbaric atrocities and torture but keeps funneling weapons "to defend Israel?" This is an American Empire Colonial war for oil, resources, land and the God Profit.

Trump is just another AIPAC bought off sociopathic puppet of the oligarchy we call a democracy. He is a pathological liar, takes responsibility for nothing and has no conscience whatsoever, and will forever make "deals" in back rooms that make him "look good" if not "Great".

Just needed to get that out.

No they wont stop ,For being gods chosen ones means that they can do anything, Murder is ok for gods chosen ones, Genocide is fine, Kill the children first.in the tens of thousands, for they are a future problem. we are to led to believe. but they lie.

Killing children is not fighting a war, for they have no weapons , that is straight out infanticide, by Jews, Who obviously feel good about that, from their Tick Tock entries.

although still whinging about their own experience of a Nazi holocaust.

It brings sympathy no longer,

Sadly, in killing their brothers, they have burned their own asses. only the sickest sympathies with the Israelis, those who have no trouble with lies, are happy to like the Israelis.

There are no right wing thinkers.

Any decent person feels sick in the stomach at the hunting down and slaughter of innocent children.

Consider that on one side are the Zionists, with whom Trump has surrounded himself. On the other side is the rest of the world. One side is not at all happy with this ceasefire deal. The other is. One side will be complaining and making Trump feel bad. The other side could decide that their best tactic, at this crucial moment, is to be the side that makes Trump happy, makes him feel good about the steps he has just taken, and above all, makes him double down on keeping the deal, his deal, from being broken, by anyone.

That suggests that those who want this deal to continue need to flood the White House, post inauguration, with emails, phone calls, in-person shows, of praises and utmost thanks.

Trump needs to feel which side brings him the most love and makes him the happiest. This is a rare opportunity. We have shown the ability to protest. Can we switch our tactics when needed? Let’s do it.

Israel has no intention of ending the campaign of genocide and land theft; it never did, "ceasefire" or not. Israeli officials baldly lie to the international community because they know that nothing they do, even mass murder of civilians by the thousands, will end the support of the 1000 pound gorilla in their corner -- the AIPAC bought and paid for government of the US.

The mass slaughter of innocent civilians in Gaza is a form of collective punishment against the Palestinian population. International humanitarian law prohibits collective punishment under the Fourth Geneva Convention, to which Israel is a party. Collective punishment is not "defense." It is a crime against humanity.

The "Agent Orange" President says it's not our war (sic), it's their war...but fought with our weapons, our UN support, and our money.

That clearly makes it "our war" (really slaughter).

I'm not at all optimistic about the "ceasefire" at all. Trump was very creepily talking about what beautiful real estate it was… I keep hearing from the zionist how this holocaust is not like the one in the 1940's …. YET!
