The Israelies are against a Palestinian state because it will be a constant reminder to them of the undeniable evil they have done to the Palestinian people.

Barghouti's history must be known by the powers that be. He had the longest imprisonment but not the only imprisonment and from his testimony for political reasons and not for crimes.

Political emprisonment is a crime in itself and must be denounced by all free and democratic nations.

These interviews are so important. While mainstream media helps to erase the Palestinians, Dropsite continues to highlight the struggle for liberation, and the Palestinian people behind it. Thank you.

I'm in favor of a two state solution with somebody the opposite of Netanyahu in charge of the Israel state

GIVE PALESTINE INDEPENDENCE!!!!!!!

Netanyahu and his fellow fanatics on the ultra-right will never allow it.

What a brilliant, incisive expose you have written, Jeremy, on Nael Barghouti! It kept my attention and interest to its very end.

The illegal state of Zionists must be dissolved and the rightful owners be returned to their land. Zionism is the root of all evil throughout the world, only without it will the world know peace. Oh and fuck Trump and Israel 😂🇵🇸

The Zionist, apartheid state has always been terrified by anyone behind whom the Palestinians can unify, like Marwan Barghouti. This pattern is made clear in the excellent history by Rashid Khalidi, The Hundred Years' War on Palestine.

It must be tough for the Zionists, going through life without any moral center. It explains why their eyes are full of hate and their population revels in genocide. What I don't understand is my (the U S) country's slavish devotion to the demonic project.

Thank you so much, Misters Scahill and Ahmad, for telling this story, and keeping hope alive.

What conviction, what courage and what fortitude. This left me in awe

I feel that way a lot whenever I see the courage of the Palestinians. They put the rest of us, especially those of us in the U S, to shame.

Barghouti appears to be a truly remarkable person. He has endured so much, but that has obviously not broken his spirit. He raises my hopes that the Palestinians will some day be free! Thank you for this excellent reporting.
