Thank you for the truth instead of the lies we are fed by other media. You support what you are saying.

Thank you Jeremy, I always look forward to your reports especially from Hamas officials. I hope the resistance knows we’re with them protesting and praying constantly for all Palestinians freedom 💚

TACO doesn't have a clue what "negotiating" is and what it requires. Since it requires LISTENING TO OTHERS and showing them respect, he's hopeless. I'd bet "a buck two fifty" that he never once looked at any of the documents, has no clue who's offered what, and, as ALWAYS, thinks only about himself and that everyone is to listen to him alone--oh, while they're kneeling and kissing his toes, of course.

He's really a disgusting weak and fragile human who needs to be taken to The Home, far, far away from any other human at this point.

If he were in a nursing home or assisted living home, he could watch Fox News all day. It seems like a win for him. I'm a little skeptical about JD the guy who was built in Peter Theil's laboratory, but it's worth a try.

We should be very skeptical of JD. He clearly has no principles. I've recently watched some interviews with Peter Thiel and the guy is a nut job who fancies himself some kind of religious scholar. These guys have no use for democracy. The plus side is the Vance has no charisma and will not be able to hold support the way Trump can.

If everyone knew the truth, they would not be complicit in this genocide (at least I hope they wouldn't). Thanks, as always, for reminding us what a real journalist does.

I am a retired university professor of U.S. history. I am not aware of a darker moment in American history. This is a total disgrace. We are enabling a genocide which the Israelis could not inflict without U.S. arms and money. The US, like Israel, is a settler colonial state. Settler colonialism generally inflicts genocide on Native peoples. Euro-Americans did it to the Native peoples. The Israelis too are mainly a European people also inflicting genocide on a Native people. Settler colonialism is responsible for some of the worst genocides in history.

The problem is the human species. Circle back three thousand years to consider the Greeks, Romans, Persians, Carthaginians, Gauls, Germanic tribes, the Norsk, and all the others. It is a constant flow of behaviors of chaos and murder. Wealth and power are to the human what the flame is to the moth. And as bad as things appear in the rear view, the future, fully in the shadow of anthropogenic climate disruption, will be on a scale we can not yet comprehend.

World-leaders need to be forced to reckon with how much more reasonable Hamas is, than the Knesset is. It's not even close.

Even now, under the most extreme duress imaginable (duress that far EXCEEDS anything a sound mind can imagine, in fact), Hamas continues to negotiate rationally, demonstrating a good-faith intention to follow through on any agreement.

Conversely, Israel has never once kept its word. Furthermore, it openly brags about making side-deals, that negate the supposed-obligations of the deal they purport to be negotiating. Further still, Israel often just comes right out and assassinates Palestinian negotiators.

The overwhelming majority of Israelis — political leaders, soldiers & civilians alike — have shown themselves to be proudly deceitful & gleefully bloodthirsty. Not just in the viewing parties they throw, to watch, as Gaza & its population are bombed & burned... Not just in the spectacle of Israeli civilians blocking aid-trucks... Not just in their sadistic social media posts, and the 'likes' those accrue, but in legitimate polling:

https://zeteo.com/p/its-not-just-netanyahu-a-lot-of-israelis

Of course there are some decent Israelis, obviously , but they are a tiny, powerless minority.

Palestinians, are infinitely more civilized than Israelis. And Hamas, itself, is infinitely more civilized than any of the Israeli political parties that constitute Likud's coalition government.

One of the decent Israelis is Ilan Pappe, born in Haifa, Israel, taught history of Palestine, published books like "The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine." Pappe no teaches at the University of Exeter in the UK.

Listened to him speak at the Sheldon Theatre Oxford about 4 months ago. An honest man

What I can't understand is that UK media never interviews him and others like Prof Norman Finklestein and Avi Schlom. All Jewish, all experts

Well the answer to that is obvious: the powers-that-be do not want to hear anything these knowledgeable individuals and speakers of truth have to say. More specifically, it's the Jewish lobby.

Yet another honest, insightful and critical report by Drop Site. As always it stands in stark contrast the virtually every other account, especially the ones that will finally be published in a week or two, as soon as Israel figures out how to spin it and Trump fires off a few more pointless rants. Much appreciated Jeremy. Trump and Netanyahu should be arrested on their next internations flight and brought to justice at the Hague.

The US should not be a part of these negotiations. It is beyond insane to be negotiating a cease fire at the same time that millions of dollars of bombs and weapons are being supplied to Israel. There needs to be a multinational armed force to ensure that aide gets into Gaza and is distributed Fairly. There needs to be a no fly zone over Gaza. The IDF and settlers need to withdraw from all Palestine. How can anyone think that it is ok to starve and bomb to death two million people and destroy all their buildings in order to build a seaside resort on their land. There is something seriously wrong with the person's proposing this and with the world leaders who are complicit .

Trump and Graham are able to involve the US in causing the immense suffering Israel is inflicting on the Palestinian people, not just Hamas. People are starving to death. Two international courts as well as every academic genocide scholar evaluate what is being imposed on the Palestinians is genocide. Genocide is a horrible crime; I can't think of anything worse And our two founts of compassion, Trump and Lindsey Graham are telling Israel: Finish the job. Outrageous! I could not be more disgusted.

Negotiating as if one could believe even one word from the Israelis and Americans. Of course there's no other option when they are whom you are dealing with, but this is a disaster. Where is the rest of the world. What is the Hague Group doing? Because it needs to step up, right now!

People all over the world are doing something to try and stop this genocidal juggernaut.

Two Israeli soldiers have been arrested at a music festival in Belgium over war crimes allegations, a campaign group has said.

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) said in a statement that the two soldiers were attending the Tomorrowland festival in Boom, near Antwerp when they were arrested "with a clear show of force" by Belgian federal police.

After the soldiers were taken into custody, they were formally interrogated and released.

HRF said the Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office has confirmed that a criminal investigation is now underway.

The complaint was filed last week by HRF and the Global Legal Action Network (GLan).

And there’s more: Dock workers at the Port of Piraeus have refused to unload a ship with military cargo destined to be transferred to a ship bound for Israel.

“We will not unload a single centimetre of this murderous cargo.
The dockworkers of Piraeus will not be complicit”.

We refuse to be tools of the US, Nato, the EU, Israel, or China, who use our country’s infrastructure to reshape the world redrawing borders with the blood of nations of the Palestinian people,”

Call on Pope Leo XIV to do whatever it takes to save Gaza and stop the bombing, and end the starvation. Let him go to Gaza and stand with the suffering people who are being massacred by Israel and the Western posers. He can go to Gaza right now, and insist aid be allowed in.

Is there anything more important in today's world than this?

Neither Trump nor Netanyahu wants a negotiated settlement. They've done something similar previously--jumping ship at the last moment and blaming Hamas for a breakdown in talks. If there's to be a settlement that protects the rights of Palestinians, it will have to be imposed not by the US or the EU, but by the many other countries around the world that support the Palestinians' right to live in their own country in peace and safety.
