Thank you for this work in an area that takes courage to tackle for fear of being labelled a terrible human who would dispute allegations of such seriousness.

Thank you. This alleged sexual violence meme is part of the Zionist entity's goal to offload all blame for the ongoing genocide onto HAMAS, since they know all about blaming the victims. If they had just stayed quietly in their open-air prison on Oct 7th, all would be well.

I have 0 interest in Israeli deferment from the core issue of genocide perpetrated against the Palestinians. Funny that they want sexual crimes acknowledged by the ICC, but pay no attention to the ICC when their brutality is called out as a war crime.

Cake and eat it too Israel?

Fuck you, Stop the genocide and treat Palestinians with the dignity they deserve as human beings and maybe the world could muster compassion.

Excellent report picking apart the nonsensical arguments in the Dinah Project.

What stands out is the sheer audacity to ask the U.N. to charge Hamas of war crimes. Let's not forget that a U.N. commission last June already charged Israel with war crimes, and the ICC also issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu to be tried for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

So please ignore the U N. and the International Criminal Court when they charge Israel and it's leaders of war crimes for the murders of thousands of innocent civilians and 15,000 children. But please ask the U.N. to lower the standards and charge Hamas for a handful of alleged rapes and killings.

The chutzpah is stunning.

Thanks for the podcast.

I would not believe anything the Zionists say in regard to sexual assault. They have proven to be devoid of humanity, tell consistent untruths and appear to be increasingly desperate to turn the global opinion in their favour....which cannot happen given the mountains of actual evidence confirming their evil actions (including sexual assault, starvation ....)against innocent people. While the deaths in October 23 are tragic, the violence and brutality against the Palestinians started in 1917 with the British, then continued with US and their western allies.

Let's not forget Hamas is a political group that has tried for years to negotiate a peaceful outcome and a legitimate 2 state solution. On each occasion Israel has rejected their reasonable conditions.

In the event the UN classifies Hamas as a terrorist group ,one wonders what classification the West and their allies could have applied to themselves.

By all means, let’s deify the Dianah Project, and persecute Francesca Albanese!

If Bullshit was concrete, the Israeli government would be the Pan-American Highway, with Gaza Humanitarian Foundation rest-stops. This is yet another example of the intersection of hubris and fabrication that only Isreal’s most deluded supporters would swallow. And even then, more and more people are gagging on it.

For me, it is Sheryl Sandburg gasping at the horrors of (un-proven) “mass-rape” on October 7th in her twisted fantasy film Screams before Silence. A film where the parents of one of the victims called out as containing blatant lies. I have one item on my bucket list, it is to be alive to see every one of these monsters held accountable for their actions and comments that simply defy any explanation and/or categorisation.

Nothing surprises me coming from the Israeli government. October 7 - as bad as it was, and I believe it hurt the Palestinian people, giving Israel an excuse to hurt and kill 53,000+ citizens and obliterate much of Gaza, but people don't realize the event, which the U.S. had warned was about to happen, was a jail break. Gaza has never been free. (I know I'm preaching to the choir.) American carries its share of the blame, for it has been our military weapons, bombs, tanks, etc., etc., that have been the tool of destruction. Israel's dominance of the airwaves is almost total. Incredible that Israel is doing to the Palestinians what Hitler did to the Jewish people. The abused child has become the abusive adult. Tragic beyond measure for the Palestinians, the Israelis, Americans, and people of good will around the world as we watch Palestinians being killed, their properties destroyed, the use of food as a weapon with starvation and every evil thing done to them. Hamas is actually Israel's second target. The Palestinian people are not collateral damage, they are the the primary focus of Israel's assault. Israeli rabbi friends are against the Occupation and the continuing attacks on Gaza, fearing that is ruining Judaism, which through the prophets has been a religion of justice and peace. The sexual content is - I believe - Israel's attempts to justify its actions. Ernest+

"The abused child has become the abusive adult." In this case, one could perhaps argue that those perhaps close to, but not among those abused, have used the abused children to justify their own abuse. The Zionists were not the ones sent to the gas chambers. At times, they simply ignored or deprioritized it. At other times they didn't participate in revolts, nor favor publicity of what was going on, and even collaborated with the German authorities to send Jews to the camps, or to thwart their removal to places other than to Palestine.

Tony Greenstein's book "Zionism During the Holocaust" is indispensable reading on this topic.

Call on Pope Leo XIV to do whatever it takes to save Gaza and stop the bombing, and end the starvation. Let him go to Gaza and stand with the suffering people who are being massacred by Israel and the Western posers. He can go to Gaza right now, and insist aid be allowed in.

Is there anything more important in today's world than this?

Earlier this month, the Hind Rajab Foundation filed new elements in their case against Benjamin Netanyahu’s “Executioner of Gaza”, Brigadier General Yehuda Vach. Alongside his 2 brothers, Colonel Golan Vach, and Captain Elishav Vach, have come to be known by human rights observers as Israel’s “first family of genocide.”

Plus, two Israeli soldiers have been arrested at a music festival in Belgium over war crimes allegations, a campaign group has said.

The Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) said in a statement that the two soldiers were attending the Tomorrowland festival in Boom, near Antwerp when they were arrested "with a clear show of force" by Belgian federal police.

After the soldiers were taken into custody, they were formally interrogated and released.

HRF said the Belgian Federal Prosecutor's Office has confirmed that a criminal investigation is now underway.

The complaint was filed last week by HRF and the Global Legal Action Network (GLan).

With the kind of "news" distribution we have, stories are thrown at us and then within a day or two melt away. People are busy and often catch headlines and no detail. Your report is an example of the opposite, of real journalism, but let me expand a bit...

A good technique to mold public opinion speciously is to blast out a headline that will grab attention, provide little to back it up as few will bother to dig on any given story and there you go. People will start saying "I heard that x happened" and often if you ask someone who tells you this to say where they heard it and to give details, neither can be provided.

Regarding this particular topic, I think Sheryl Sandberg put out a book that was called "Listen to Israeli Women" or similar. I wonder about the content of that book.

Great piece, Ryan. I truly appreciate your insightful commentary on such an issue.

My senator is Kirsten Gillibrand—the very same individual who took a bold stand in front of the United Nations shortly after the events of October 7th. During that moment, she accused Hamas had engaged in the horrific acts of rape and sexual abuse against Israeli women, a statement that has sparked significant debate and controversy. In response to her speech, I wrote her a letter where I expressed my concerns and accused her of misrepresenting the facts surrounding these allegations. Each time new information emerges suggesting that Hamas did not commit acts of sexual abuse as initially claimed, I find myself reminding her about that day when she addressed the UN Assembly with such conviction.

It appears that the authors behind The Dinah Project are fervently attempting to attribute these grave abuses specifically to Hamas, likely in an effort to ensure they are blacklisted for their actions. However, this course of action warrants caution; there exists substantial evidence indicating that members of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have indeed perpetrated sexual abuse not only against women and girls but also against men.

Given the multitude of alleged crimes against humanity, it is disheartening to see how often those responsible seem to evade accountability. I would welcome an opportunity for justice—seeing those who identify as Zionists held accountable for their actions through a fair trial would be a step toward addressing these issues and ensuring that the people of Palestine receive recognition for their suffering.
