We live in a representative democracy and many of the representatives are working for their own interests, rather than executing the will of the people they have been tasked to represent. That’s on us. We keep electing these corrupt d-bags expecting them to “save us”, …

We live in a representative democracy and many of the representatives are working for their own interests, rather than executing the will of the people they have been tasked to represent. That’s on us. We keep electing these corrupt d-bags expecting them to “save us”, but they don’t give a fuck about us. If you don’t believe that, just look at what they did to Uncle Joe, who I’m not a tremendous fan of, but can certainly muster up some empathy for when they cast him aside as soon as they saw no more use for him. The Republican Party is no better and I have plenty of hate to pour out on the deserving folks.
We the People need to wake up and take our country back with ballots, not bullets. We have to stop holding our noses and start voting with the conscience that God gave us. If we can all agree to do that, I believe that things will start to turn around pretty quickly.
