Please, clarify this: the kid in the story is 10 years old and can be deported to Ecuador, where he knowns nobody. What is he supposed to do when he arrives there? Is he going to be jailed by the puppet government of that country? Is he going to be put in the system and languish there?

Why aren't the judges who feel their hands are tied stop everything and refuse to follow the fascistic orders of the regime? This is inhumane, just another inhumane policy in this declining and rotten empire.

Excellent question. I fear the answer from some might well be, "If I don't throw them out, somebody else will."

We are a disgusting country. We need to find a way to get rid of individualism and work on solidarity

What this reporting shows is not a “broken system” but an intentional one. When 425,000 children are pushed through deportation hearings without lawyers, that isn’t administrative failure — it’s policy by design. A government that accelerates removals while cutting legal aid knows exactly what outcome it’s engineering.

The US has been a deeply inhumane country from the very beginning, so I'm not the least bit surprised by this. Wake up, Americans, things like this are not the exceptions that prove the rule, they ARE the rule.

The US violates young immigrants lives with no legal representation and imminent deportation. Israel threatens young Palestinians with bullets. Two cruel peas in a pod.

Call it what you like but no matter who is doing it, the USA Government, an international cartel or the Epstein filers, Maga or just the bad guys and gals of DHS. the US Dartment of inhuman Services, as represented by the foster care, state-run systems in place.. The DSS ( I call them) are trafficing in Minors. Human trafficing is alive and well and paid for by US Taxpayers for children born both in the USA and abroad. Family Courts and Immigration Courts are colluding systems that need to champion the return of children to their legal parents in whatever nation they are now, or and either release them all from US custody of any kind or see them deported, together to the nation of their choosing, with UN Immigrant Status paperwork, if they have no other legal identity documents. They should be paid for the disruption ro their family with a minimum of $5,000 per child and sent by commercial airlines to the nation of their choice. If you are trafficing anyone let it be legal movement or let them remain together in the USA.
