I was expecting some profound thinking but I realize he's just fluffer for spoiled rich tech people. Telling those people they are magnificent and should be running the world could be a lucrative pastime but trying to say that Anders Breivik and Nelson Mandela are comparable? That's just bizarre.
Secondly, yes, a coup can have popular support but I'm not clear on what coup you are in favor of.
