I totally hate what Israel is doing, and also hate those hypocrites who stand by and don't do anything...instead they use this antisemitism nonsense to suppress everyone who speaks against this Genocide!!

Yes that’s what I thought, what will be in the food? And what about the urgently needed non food aid, the medical supplies? There is such a disconnect between the Western leaders and civilians in the West, any gentile who is in their right mind would be horrified at what they are seeing in Gaza and rush to help

The Guardian also reported on Israel's predatory malfeasance today too. I'm glad to see SOME sources standing up to the Nuts'n'Yahoos' Nazis. American corporate media and the two cartel parties' stooges are all hiding under their desks when they are not trying to conceal calling out a genocide as "antisemitism." I'm amazed both Israel and the US have not been placed on trade sanctions rather than just tariffs by the rest of the planet as a message that "The insanity has to stop!"

Rasha you continue to document this horror with your exquisitely poignant writing and for that I, and many others, are so very grateful. Still, any of us who stop there and who don’t call their elected officials DAILY, who continue to buy products made in Israel, whose pensions and investments still support the arms and surveillance industries and their related supply chains…are complicit in this war. WE truly are the only ones who can stop this madness, if only we could remember the power of one.

AMEN. THat is the bottom line. No genocide survives when the people rise in horror and stop it. Why are we blindly financing a genocide that no one can say "we didn't know about it". With this technology? WHERE IS THE UN?

Take a look at the food provided by the USA for Palestinians: Dried Beans = hours to cook in boiling water! There is NO water in Palestine.

Pasta = not so long to cook BUT where is the water?

Seems obvious to me that the US Aid contingent wants the demise of the Palestinians. Or is it that they have not been following Palestinian genocide.

The US, Israel, western European nations and Australia, etc. should be rejected by the rest of the world. They do not deserve to be a part of it. They have nothing to offer the rest of humankind except grotesque militarism and a grotesque form of capitalism. They have lost the respect of the rest of the world….the only thing that could save them would be to end the genocide, forced hunger and displacement of the Palestinians.

We all know that the hypocritic West, especially the USofA, UK, Germany, and their European allies, couldn’t care less whether Palestinians live or die. Their hypocrisy and selective outrage are infuriating. But what angers me even more is Qatar throwing a $400 million plane at Trump, either as a bribe or some weak attempt at appeasement. If they have that kind of money to burn, why not put it toward something that actually matters? Why don't the rich Arab states raise more money, which they most definitely can, and use it to buy Gaza's freedom? Where are the priorities? Where’s the will to truly make a difference?

I’m so very sorry, I’m appalled in fact. But no longer surprised. Thank you Rasha Abou Jalal for reporting this latest horror and about the north of Gaza also. You will know that the UK Gvt, the French Gvt and the Canadian Gvt have frozen all trade with Israel at long last, and I hope others will join and do what should have been done many months ago to stop this most terrible catastrophe. Keep safe Sister.

The GOVERNMENT of Israel is a hate group that

A) Needs to be stopped immediately and

B) Needs to be brought to justice.

But in these darkening times with the most corrupt person in the Whitehouse, whose going to enforce anything that resembles humane treatment of our Palestinian brothers?

Hopefully the people who will, asap, risei up and get rid of this govenment in the USA and step up to STOP something they will later say they had no part in and had no clue what was happening. I've always thought that once you create a industrial genocide, a technological one couldn't be too far behind. We seem to take these inventions and hand them straight to the devil so he has something to do. Perhaps we hope he is so busy destroying others, that was are safe. Not a chance, nor do we deserve to be.

I loved the comment "we take these inventions and hand them straight to the devil." How our country and the escalating, completely unnecessary violence in Israel coincide is surreal. I hate Trump and Netanyahu in the same manner for differing reasons. Bullies, hooligans, criminals. How is it I keep wondering how any sane human being could support either of them. Thanks for your thoughts, I appreciate you.

Hanging food just under the node of the starving, is the lowest of the low. If the goal is to empty Gaza? The Germans and trains that emptied ghettos can be a model of what the victims now are doing to the victimized. In fact, Israel seems to be reading Hitler's handbook, and perhaps their imagined entitlement, due to their suffering, will turn around and they will kill each other. The sheer volume of lies, the unmistakable need to dangle food in front of starving people, the forced ghettos round up and constant marching, for people hoping for a bite of food to save their lives WASN'T in Hitler's handbook. But it is now and was written by the same people Hilter rounded up and killed. Is that all we have learned from the original Holocust? How to beat the German's records for the amount of people starved and killed? Is that what Israel took from the last genocide? A lesson on more efficient killing? It makes it very hard to imagine why the USA follows them blindly into the same mess they found them in in 1946. And the first thing they did in 1946 when they arrived, was treat the landowners in the middle east, in the way they were treated in Europe. If it is a forgone conclusion that what is done TO you, you will do to others? Isreal is turning all the hate and Voilence back on themselves. To be a bigger, better genocide WHILE getting approval and funding from the USA. These are babies not getting formula so these innocent babies can live. I'd take Germany over this monstrosity anyday,

Netanyahu is in power here too. Otherwise US political power could never support a genocide by consent of American citizens. Support has been bought by AIPAC threats and bribery for decades. Open Secrets reveals Joe Biden as AIPACs most expensive investment through the years.

Ever wonder when Bibi was telling Joe to use violence to suppress student protests, who should administer American universities, who should teach in them, what they should teach, who should be able to attend--- and not one elected Democrat (they were in elected power) had the courage to tell Netanyahu no one elected him to govern America. He could not take away Americans' Constitutional rights to free speech and peaseable assembly and that Israel could not run American universities? Not one enacted their oath and obligation to defend our Constitution NOT ONE!!! Netanyahu flexed more power here over Americans than anyone elected to power even dared to do.
