And we complain about the Russians interfering in our elections! Given the shameful history of U.S. intervention in Central and South American politics, I'm not surprised. But could Congress eliminate the president's pardoning power? It doesn't seem to serve any good purpose.

This is a blockbuster report. I don't claim to know who needs to read it, but I'd start with **everyone**.

Since the end of WWII - intoxicated with a maniacal sense of omnipotence - Washington has actively destroyed the essence of democracy anywhere around the globe where it has dared to take root. Rich coming from the "shining city on a hill". Not surprising to learn that Israel is now a zealous partner..

If this is in fact an accurate development, and it's very hard not to see it as such, all I can say is welcome to more of the same. I don't know what we do about it, but knowing the facts and viewing them with sobriety is **always** the first step.

Here are two excellent references on the history of this exact undermining of global self determination by Washington -
