The fact that only three indictments have surfaced despite overwhelming evidence, thousands of civilian deaths, and countless documented abuses is less a surprise than a confirmation of systemic failure.

This isn’t justice. It’s impunity. An impunity that thrives because the west led by the USA looks away or worse, because it has decided that Palestinian lives matter less. That is the ugliest truth behind the silence. When entire neighborhoods are leveled, and children starve, yet accountability stops at three indictments, the system is not broken, it is designed to protect the perpetrators.

This silence cannot be allowed. To call it “justice” is to betray the very idea of human rights.

Seriously, what actually constitutes a crime for Israeli soldier or settler? Not being the most bloodthirsty, amoral, butcher on the planet?
