I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say Los Angeles sends $ to Israel. Are you referring to individual donors or the portion of federal taxes paid by Angelenos that are then purposed for genocide? We don't make decisions as municipality on funding a foreign state. Getting our police trained by one, however...
