I have donated $1000 to the Hind Rajab foundation. Money well used. I also donate monthly to Electronic Intifada. Then there's DAWN which has made it very difficult to donate. too many ropes to jump through but I will keep trying.....
I also gave money $2000 to a young woman speaking at a Payfest in NYC.....She gets it to her Mom in gaza who is a teacher.....
Not bragging, just illustrating what an 85 year old can do with all the funds I have acquired due to being a white american...(Lucky & smart.) Also to Mahmood DA , one of the smartest and a very amusing speaker on youtube....and a bunch of others. I really can't figure out ways to spend money on myself. I can't do cruises...or expensive holidays...I hate being around rich people and even people having "fun"....
I sew my clothes, repair stuff , cook and do research. That's my life in Mexico ..the pool and the cat.
