I have to take exception to the generalization, I draw a distinction between the Jews and the Israelis and Zionists. It has been my experience that the Jews have stood for humanity, morality, decency, kindness, scholarship, and many other attributes. The Israelis, the Zionists (I see the terms as interchangeable) stand for none of that, in fact the direct opposites. They usurp, distort, misapply what it means to be Jewish in order to obfuscate and justify their supremacist contempt for all that is decent and human.
