I am so sick and tired of Israel getting away with such atrocities by continually making excuses for their actions: Hamas hides among Palestinians or in hospitals are favorites (translates into Palestinians hide Hamas among themselves). Nonsense. Israel has always made sure Hamas was the only power around Palestinians - so Israel would have a legitimate enemy. God forbid Palestinians have their own elected government. If Israel would agree to that, Palestinians would have a fighting chance at developing a real government that could make life better for all Palestinians. Israel doesn't want that. It wants to rule the whole of Israel and Palestine.

Put the shoe on the other foot Israel. What would you be if limited to what you allow Palestinians?

The only positive for Israel would be that it would have a chance to be human and resilient like the Palestinians are. As it is, the Israeli - government at least - is a bully, a braggart, a terrorist - unworthy of the regard they try to buy from the rest of the world via AIPAC. What would Israelis terrorized by the holocaust think of their descendants? I think they would be ashamed of them - acting like those who had perpetrated such horror on Jews. Shame!

Since Israel signed the Oslo Accords (in the 1990's), 95% of the Palestinians in Judea and Samaria and 100% of the Palestinians in Gaza have been living under the administration of leaders of their own choosing. Neither the PA nor Hamas has made any effort to develop the economies of the areas under their control or to build the infrastructure needed by a viable state. The PA incites Palestinians to kill Jews, honoring and rewarding those who answer the call. While claiming it was an Israeli blockade that prevented Hamas from developing Gaza's resources, Hamas spent $1,000,000,000 building its extensive network of terror tunnels (and, yes, the tunnels are connected to mosques, schools, hospitals, businesses, and homes turning all residential areas in Gaza into legitimate military targets. While you are accusing Israel of committing genocide, West Point's Major John Spencer (head of Urban Warfare Studies) praises the IDF for achieving the lowest ratio of civilians killed to combatants killed (1.5:1) in the history of modern warfare.
