To "condemn" an act of atrocity without meaningful consequence is just another way of signaling permission and complicity. Why do they even bother? Does anyone out there still take seriously anything said by the UAE? Or Israel? Or Qatar? Or Russia? Or Saudi Arabia? Or the UK? Or the US? Their words mean shit. Their actions say everything.
