Consideration should be given to a mutually agreed upon (by US/Hamas et al) UN representative, preferably from Russia or China, to integrate with ultimate authority into the oversight process. Doubt if Israel would agree, but this proposal is simply to relieve the pressure on Netanyahu regarding the hostages - polls have indicated that once the hostages are returned, the bombings, total starvation policies (no water, food), invasions will return, with the goal of total extermination of the Palestinians being agreed upon by the majority of Israeli's.

Did Witkof not lose credibility when after Hamas released their hostages, none of the reciprocal agreements by US/IS were fulfilled. Fool me once.... Again, reminiscent of the US/IS agreements in Lebanon in 1982 that led to the Sabra/Shatila massacres - every person in the refugee camps murdered by affiliated Phalangists with total approval by Sharon and Begum.

How about representatives from Ireland and South Africa. Maybe by having these two nations would level the playing field.
