Looks like the Palestinians are getting equal treatment to that of the American citizens in that both are getting stiffed, looted, mistreated, and lied to daily. Ours quit being "a government of and by the people" about the time Ronald Reagan, another easily manipulated dementia President, took office.

I think the Palestinians would dispute that analogy. What they are experiencing right now has no equivalent in the US - yet. We'd have to go back to the days of the genocide of the Native Americans to come close.
You are right. The Palestinian plight reminds me daily how lucky I am not to be in their place. Next to what they are going through, what we deal with is nothing.
Still, those making decisions within our government are the same as the Palestinian voices are talking about in this article, and there is NOTHING coming from that source to trust. It is not just Trump. As a Democrat, I NEVER thought I would see my Party ask me to support a genocide being committed by a foreign country, and fall all over itself to let Netanyahu shadow-govern American citizens, tell us who can administer, teach, and should be allowed to study in our universities. NOT ONE elected Democrat, including AOC, stood up and told him "No one elected you to govern our country." NOT ONE, Democrats!!!
I trust neither party to engage in good governance now. All it seems that they can do presently is fight each other for power and money.
Yes. It may help our understanding to recognize that we are dealing with the Uniparty. It uses different names, but they are walking together dragging us down the same street. As I've said before, the democrats aren't an opposition party. They just play one on TV, (and with far poorer players than in the past.)
